How Quickly Will Your Order Ship?

Orders with Standard Shipping typically ship on the next business day after paying for your order. For example, if you order on Wednesday, your order will most likely ship out on Thursday, but may also ship the same day depending on the what time you paid for the order. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday ship on Monday. Orders with expedited shipping have a cutoff time of 9:00 AM MST (12:00 PM EST) for same-day shipping. For instance, if you order at 8:30 AM MST and select 2nd-Day or Next-Day as your shipping method, your order will ship the same business day (eg: Monday through Friday). Orders submitted after the cutoff time will ship on the next business day.

Shipping Options

Standard Shipping - Economy, residential, ground service. This is our default shipping method, or free when your order is $50 or more (coupon required). The transit-time for this service is typically 5-7 business days. Packages can be delivered to all residential street addresses, and most Post Office boxes with limited tracking ability while in transit. Alternatively, and at our discretion we may opt to ship via an alternative to certain addresses.

Ground - Guaranteed, date-scheduled, cost-effective delivery for commercial and residential shipments. Reliable time in transit and the same tracking capability as air services. Price is calculated in shopping cart based on weight and destination. Typical time in transit is 3-5 business days depending on destination.

2nd Day Air - For time sensitive orders, Second Day Air guarantees delivery before end of 2nd business day after shipping (Some locations in Alaska and Hawaii require additional transit time). Cut-off time is 9am PST for same day shipping. Orders received after the cut-off time will ship on the next business day. Full tracking provided. No USPS PO Boxes.

Next Day Air - For urgent orders. Delivered on the next business day after shipping. Cut-off time is 9:00 AM PST for same day shipping. Orders received after the cut-off time will ship on the next business day. Full tracking provided. No USPS PO Boxes.

Plain Box Discreet Shipping Guaranteed

Your privacy is our #1 priority! Every order ships in a plain box or padded envelope with absolutely no indication of the contents. The only way anyone will know you are receiving adult products is if the package is opened. In addition, the return address on the shipping label will simply say "Shipping Dept.".

Customs, Duties & VAT

Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to customs fees, duties or VAT. We cannot predetermine such fees to include them in shipping quotes. Therefore they are the sole responsibility of each package recipient. Contact you local government to inquire about rates or to obtain a schedule of fees.


We understand that returns are sometimes necessary for a wide variety of reasons. You can return any unused item on the Site for any reason whatsoever during the first 30 days. Our customer service representatives will provide the best solution for your situation by: replacing the original item, refunding you purchase, or provide a store credit. After which they will help you find the product you prefer, and place a new order on your behalf.

To qualify for our satisfaction guarantee, you must fill out a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form. All product returns require an RMA number. Customer service representatives will provide return-shipping instructions.


Returns of products that are not defective or damaged incur a 20% restocking fee. Shipping & handling is non-refundable. We only accept and restock items returned in their original unopened condition.

Undeliverable Orders

Please take care in providing your shipping information. What you provide is exactly how your shipping label will be printed. Orders returned as undeliverable result in a 20% restocking fee (based on current price of product excluding promotions) plus return-shipping fees (if any) deducted from the credit. If you decide to have the product re-delivered to a different address (US addresses only), an additional $10 USD fee will apply.
