How to Measure Bra Cup Sizes
Step 1: Measure Your Chest
Wrap a soft measuring tape around your back at band level just under the bust line. Round DOWN to the nearest even number.
Step 2: Measure Your Bust
Keeping the tape in the same place across your back, measure across your nipples. Round UP to the nearest whole number.
Step 3: Determine "US" Cup Size
Subtract the chest measurement from the bust measurement. The difference in inches determines your bra size according to the chart below.
